Encrypted Before Sending
Sensitive information is encrypted before storage, helping keep passwords and private details out of plain-text emails and messages.
Skybase Feature
Share passwords, login details and sensitive notes through one-time secure links instead of sending them directly by email or SMS. SkyBase Secret Sharing encrypts the information, stores it temporarily, sends the client a protected link, and records when the link has been opened.
Sensitive information is encrypted before storage, helping keep passwords and private details out of plain-text emails and messages.
Each secure link can only be opened once, reducing the risk of passwords being revisited, forwarded or exposed later.
Links expire after 48 hours, giving clients enough time to access the information while limiting how long it remains available.
Secure links can be sent by email or SMS, with each transmission recorded through the existing SkyBase communication logs.
Create templates for common password and login-detail formats, then insert them quickly when preparing a new secret.
When a client opens the secure link, SkyBase can notify your team and keep a history record without retaining the original secret.
Next Step
Show us how your organisation currently manages its records, forms, documents, people, reports and external systems. We’ll start with the areas that are hardest to track, then walk through how SkyBase could connect those moving parts, reduce manual handling and give your team a clearer way to manage the work across your organisation.
